1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom takes 7–10 business days, while international delivery times vary depending on destination and courier services.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We proudly ship worldwide. Customs fees and import duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund.
